Εχουμε την χαρά να φιλοξενουμε την υπέροχη Ekaterina @ekaterina.pogrebitskaya σε 4 μοναδικά σεμινάρια για όλους με παραλλαγές για intermediate/advance level αλλά και για πιο αρχάρια επίπεδα!

Θα μάθουμε την υπέροχη ροή της με όμορφες κινήσεις και συνδυασμούς τόσο σε spinning όσο και σε static mode καθώς και μια μοναδική χορογραφία exotic!

1. Spin combinations
Various combinations with tricks and transitions.
You will learn to move smoothly and fill the space around you while combining this knowledge with fancy tricks.

At this workshop, you will find a variety of forms of split.
For this class, you will not need an oversplit. A front split on the floor will be more than enough to complete this part of the class successfully.

At these workshops, you will find new ways to the flow style, and you will learn the technique of rotation in transition process

This is a smooth and graceful choreography in my style, which includes transitions on the floor as well as some interesting spins on pole
